Fertilizing of the turf areas will take place 4 times throughout the year. Weeds are sprayed as needed to remove unwanted vegetation. Hand pulling or whereas as needed. During aeration and seeding, we ask that you allow 3 full weeks for the seed to germinate and grass to establish. Germination generally takes 10 days with adequate watering. If there is no rain or irrigation at this time, germination can take longer. The more the seed is disturbed the longer it will take to grow in or in some cases the seedlings can be killed due to drying out or ground contact disturbances.
